All homes covered by the Tarion Warranty Corporation. One year warranty on defects in materials and workmanship. Two year warranty on plumbing, heating, electrical and water penetration and building envelope. Seven years on major structural defects. Purchaser to pay Tarion Warranty Corporation enrollment fee on closing as an adjustment.

All selections to be made from builder's samples unless advised otherwise. Prices and specifications subject to change without notice. Houses may be built as shown or reverse plan depending on sitting conditions.
